HANDI

‘DISABLED PEOPLE ARE SEXY’ CAMPAIGN

Did you know sexual pleasure is a human right? Neither did we until we met our friends at Handi who have discovered that hand limitations are preventing hundreds of millions of disabled people from enjoying the ‘Big O’ on their own. Handi’s founders, Andrew Gurza and Heather Morrison, are on a mission to put pleasure within reach for everyone by designing the world’s first sex toys for disabled people. We’ve been lucky enough to join them by delivering ‘pro-boner’ work to some massive briefs such as their aim to break taboos around disabled sexuality and redefine ‘sexy’ in the process.

To do so, they collated 50 voices from around the world to talk about their experiences with sex and disability in the form of a book.

Our brief was to take this amazing book and make the world notice.

We approached this problem by asking the question - who defines what sexy means in society? And that, of course, is the media. So we thought there’s no better solution than to invite the press to help us redefine what sexy can be once and for all.
